Telephone interview lasting roughly 15 minutes. Two interviewers each asked a few questions. First questions was" tell me about yourself?", then they asked "what do you know about the company?" Then they asked a number of situational questions like "tell me about a time you were in a conflict or under pressure or solved a problem at work?" etc.
