Northrop Grumman Digital Transformation Development Initiatives Manager II interview questions

After applying online, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. It was great to talk directly to the hiring manager about the needs of the position and how my background fit. It was great to begin with the hiring manager. He is talented, smart and has a great vision for the department. Here is the kicker. The hiring manager, although he had selected another candidate for the role, he contacted me and he shared with me he had selected someone, shared how their experience was an exact fit, then said he would like to keep me in mind for future opportunities. This is a step above! What a courteous and generous act. Very professional, very classy! I would be honored to speak with him about future opportunities, and really would like to work with someone so considerate. What a true class act!
