I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Rolling Meadows, IL) in Aug 2017
Interview
Extremely gratifying interview. Met with 2 different managers, both of whom were personable and gave a lot of insight. Received a tour of the facility after finishing interview. Told to wait 2-3 weeks for feedback and decision to be made.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
It was a pleasant one, met the hiring manager and one of the supervisors that I will be working directly with. The interview was conducted professionally, they ask me questions such as would you be a manager one day?, why Northrop Grumman etc. Overall, everyone was nice, the hiring manager was a geat guy, and gave me accurate timeframe for offer.
