I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Goleta, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Talked to a recruiter on campus, and got an on campus interview about two weeks later. The interview was very formal but the technical questions were not hard. It was mostly definitions, and knowing concepts. I was a Sophomore so they didn't expect me to know much. They did go through my entire resume and they made up questions based on that. I am still waitting to hear back from them.
