From the time I applied online a recruiter contacted me approximately 1 month later. 2 weeks after that I had an interview. 3 days after that I had a job offer. The interview process was casual and the interviewer painted a good picture of the scope of the job. When I received a verbal offer it was well below what I was looking for given my experience and the scope of the job especially considering the work included going to sea. I talked with my recruiter and he said he would speak with the hiring team. A couple days later he called back and said the offer was rescinded. No counter offer, No explanation. Overall the interview experience was fine but the time from application to offer was extremely long. I was also disappointed by the lack of communication from the hiring team in regards to salary negotiation.
