Didn’t start on time and didn’t have a location Selected. Not all on interview invite attended. Questions didn’t align with job description. Unable to collaborate on my cultural question and punted response when asked to elaborate. Willing to give a tour of facility which was helpful.
They asked basic Behavioral scenarios and a resume walk. program management questions. describe the engineering process and how you manage projects. any questions for us? I asked about the culture and promotion opportunities.
It was two rounds after applying - approximately one hour for each. The first round was with an HR manager and the hiring manager. The second interview was with a Senior Director level person in charge of the overall team.

Why Northrop Grumman and why are you interested in this position?
Virtual initial interview panel via Teams followed by on-site in-person interview panel. Usually peers and an HR rep to ask "how do you handle difficult people, poor behavior etc." Round robin behaviorial based questions based on a script so each applicant answers the same questions.
