I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
They ask about your resume and the different experiences that you have that would apply to the position you are applying for. They are trying to know more about you as a person and to gage weather or not you would want to start a career in their company. Its more of a mixture of behavioral questions and skills questions to see if you would best fit the current position
