Interview
Phone interview first, then a one on one interview at the site location on the East Coast. Interview went well and they were impressed with my education, experience and work background. I had an oppertunity to check out housing availability and prices after they made an offer. Would not be able to afford a home equivalent to what I have now. Declined the offer.
