They asked a lot of behavioral and situational questions. They are really concerned with teamwork and the way you treat other people (peer conflicts, dealing with difficult patients, something you did to go above and beyond for a patient etc.)

The interview was pretty basic for a new grad. It's best to come prepared. Know some basic knowlege of common problems for a unit of interest. Overpreparing is for the better.
Lengthy, really need to send reminder emails to even get an interview. Took about 3 months to have any sort of movement forward with my application. And that's with a strong resume & referral.

Procedural Unit. It is a one on one interview with the Manager. Then after that you will do a walk through the unit. Then you get to hang around to ask the employees any questions you might have.
