I followed the process of submitting an online application, submitted my recorded video interview, and scheduled an initial interview. I spent hours preparing for the interview, researching the company, and used my lunch break at my current job to take the interview only for the interviewer to not show up. It has now been 48 hours since the scheduled interview and after reaching out to see what happened/ if there was any miscommunication on my end, I have not heard anything from anyone at Northspyre. Incredibly disappointing experience and definitely not a company worth working for if they don't value people's time enough to send a simple email cancelling an interview to potential candidates.

The interview process was normal at first with the initial 2 screenings through the recruiter and hiring manager. After that things got messy. They are slow to respond and very slow to make contact between stages. They missed every contact point they set for themselves. After the final interview they just ghosted (despite promises to follow up) and haven’t sent any kind of response for 3 weeks. I think it’s safe to assume I didn’t get it? They could at least send a sanitized rejection email after the hours I wasted with them but they don’t seem to value the time and effort their candidates give them. I have dealt with poor candidate experiences before but this has been the worst! If you don’t need to entertain them then don’t waste your time.

Extremely inconsiderate of other people’s time. Hiring team is very unprofessional and the whole process was a complete waste. I should have believed the other reviews when I read that they will ghost you after all interviews! I applied for the BDA role via their website and was contacted by the recruiter to set up a screening call. In one week, I completed all of the interviews and calls. The 1st screening call was fairly simple and the recruiter just wanted to get to know you. The second interview went well and I had the final individual interview a few days later. The final interviewer was very sweet and said she was impressed with my interview. You needed to memorize 9 definitions and complete 3 mock cold calls. After I completed the interview Friday evening, I was told by that interviewer that I would either hear back later that day or over the weekend. I was asked “if you were to be hired, can you start on Monday?” “Yes! Of course I can,” I replied. It has now been over a week since I was last spoken to. I have reached out multiple times to get somewhat of an answer but I have been ghosted, and after reading other peoples experiences, I don’t assume I will be given any answer from this company. Poor team !! Even if you don’t give someone an offer, at least respond to them ????
