At first they were quick to setup an interview and then they completely ghosted me. I waited on the zoom for 30 mins and then received an email. The email wasn’t from the hiring manager I was supposed to meet with, but was asked to reschedule. Also the email did not have my name but the name of another candidate. I chose to ignore and agreed to reschedule since the excuse was a dental emergency. I heard nothing from this person. I emailed the original hiring manager twice , heard nothing. This was really disappointing because I was interested in this company. The lack of communication was just rude.

I received an email asking for a phone screen appt to which I promptly responded. I didn't hear back, so three days later I followed up and was told my screening was set for x day and time (which no one had confirmed with me). The meeting was on zoom and fairly casual. Some normal questions, others a bit out of the box. I was told my next meeting would be with the CEO, and that in a few hours I should expect a link to a video on the software to watch prior to the second interview. I never received a follow up, an email with a link, or anything - it's been a week and I've sent one thank you email and one subsequent follow up. I am turned off by this and I think that even if I did hear back, at this point I'm not sure I would want to consider a position here. It's unfortunate because this is a company that was very exciting to me.
