The CEO reached out to me on LinkedIn on May 31 regarding a writing/marketing storyteller position. I’m put in touch with one of their recruiters and we schedule a phone screen on June 17. I send writing samples and a thank you note after this and have followed up multiple times regarding the status of my application with no response. I used all channels to try to communicate with them regarding my applications and nobody from Northspyre has reached out to me to tell me that the positions were filled (in fact, the two positions I have applied for are still open here on Glassdoor) or that they went with other candidates. This is completely unprofessional and I was actually excited about working for this company, but not if they treat their candidates this way.
