Recruiter seemed excited but then ghosted. Several rounds of interviews, as expected. The interviews were average difficulty , expect to prepare heavily with data related questions. It was nothing out of the ordinary but make sure you are ready to go through several rounds.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Northspyre
Interview
Disjointed, Time-Consuming, Inconsiderate, and Frustrating.
Took over 2 months to conduct 3 interviews. Spent many hours preparing a case study memo to answer a prompt completely unrelated to real estate development and Northspyre's product. Received basically no feedback from recruiter who often ghosted and did not respond to a series of follow up emails. Interview process felt very unorganized and unprofessional. Interviewers were unprepared, unengaged, and disingenuous. They'll string you along for months during their fragmented interview process. I wouldn't waste your time or energy interviewing here regardless of how promising the company seems from the outside looking in.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northspyre (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
1st round with product manager, second round with CTO, final round with 2 panels (I presented a 10-min project to one panel, and talked about cultural fit with another) and a 1-to-1 with CEO/head of product. Had awesome conversations during each round, focusing half on technical skills and half on behavioral. It was a super fast process (~2 weeks between applying and offer), I felt like I was able to showcase my skills well while also asking all the questions I had about the company. Great interview experience overall
