I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwell Health (Manhasset, NY)
Interview
Interview was very straightforward. I interviewed with my direct supervisor. We discussed my background, her background, the department and its responsibilities, etc. It was conversational and I was also allowed the opportunity to ask questions about the title's responsibilities and for actual tasks and assignments I would the position is responsible for. Our conversation lasted about 25 minutes and then we concluded. I was told that there would be a notified if I would be invited to the second round.
The second interview was with my direct supervisor and the VP of the department. It was a much shorter interview, but still conversational. We revisited some of the topics that were discussed in the first round interview, it seemed more like a formality and to make sure that I would be a good fit for the two of them.
Once the interview process is over, a physical is required where a drug test and vaccinations will be performed.
