I had one phone interview and then was asked to come in for a formal interview, but it was extremely casual and brief. Then I was asked to come back for another, where I met two directors of the program and was interviewed for about an hour. I understand they were trying to get a sense of who I am, but I was asked some strange questions and felt I was being judged kind of harshly
