Applied to job months ago & got an email last week for virtual interview, i did it the same day then got an email to interview w the office manager the next day. I went to the interview and as soon as i sat the manager she said how one of the ladys in the office came and said how she liked me. She asked me a few questions then told me about training , the hrs i would work and how i would do. She said she thinks i will be a great fit and will send my resume to hr. She basically just got to know me as a person and everything went great im hoping i got the position i called and she said i would find out by the end of the weeks. She said how i would do background check etc. i asked if I would need references she said no. She did interview over 10 people that day so im not sure

I was contacted by HR to schedule an appointment with a department on last week Thursday. The interview was quick and to the point. It wasn't nerve wrecking as we all think interviews would be. I was not nervous going into the interview and had a very pleasant encounter with the hiring manager. She really liked what was on my resume as well.
