Prescreen with contingency recruiting firm, phone interview with executive recruiter, in person interview with HR peer and dotted line potential boss. In person interview was scheduled for an hour. After about half an hour I noticed the peer looking at her watch a couple of times. Pretty rude. Neither interviewer really opened up about what they were looking for, nor did they seem that respectful that I had traveled quite a distance to be there. In fact, I felt like they couldn't wait to get me out the door. Very unprofessional. Feedback after the interview was vague. I got the impression I was a last minute add, and that they had already made up their minds to pass others on to the next stage.
