The process included meeting with the relevant people, discussing your experiences and answering questions about why you'd like to work there , asking about questions about the job responsibilities and expectations and touring the site.

Interview by medical director. Couldn't tell how it went. Interviewer never contacted me one way or another. At my level, I consider a follow up mandatory. Job is still being advertised six months later.
