The interview process was recording videos of myself answering questions. The whole thing was very awkward as I'm more personable when I'm talking to an actual person. I also think that it also prevented some people from being able to interview as they may not have access to a computer with a webcam and the ability to video themselves.

What is a project that you have worked on and explain how you were successful?
Invited to partake in online Hirevue type virtual interview, which consisted of typical behavioral type questions. Several weeks later, invited for a 15 minute behavioral virtual interview with 3 staff members.
great. amazing, was very welcoming enviornment with a lot of fair questions. went smoothly. Amazing experience and currently a great place to work. I believe it was a smooth onboarding process.

Interview
Very straight forward process, simple behavioral questions and discussion about the position. Interviewer was very nice and receptive to questions. Interview length was relatively short. Heard back less than a week later with an offer.
