Pretty easy, the initial interview is online, in which you record yourself answering a series of interview questions. You may re-record as many times as you like. Then someone will contact you in regards to the online interview and ask you a few more questions about the current position, what you would be comfortable doing, and hopefully you'll receive an offer soon after.
