Submitted application and had to answer a serious of questions virtually. You have to record yourself and they give you a time limit. Seemed fairly easy, but I never got called in afterwards.
During my interview with northwell, 4 people took turns asking me different questions. There was someone from HR and a nurse on her floor present on the Microsoft teams meeting.
