Qualifications that interviewers requested were COMPLETELY different from what was listed on the job description. Was asked only 1 question then immediately told I wasn't a good fit for the role because I didn't have enough experience (description stated 1-3 years, which I have). Asked interviewers why their qualifications and the job description did not match, they laughed and said "We don't look at our job description, our recruiter handles that" and "We have over 80,000 employees, we follow a general template when posting". Was talked to in a very condescending way and they made it seem like I was wasting their time. Update: Job description has been updated after interview, however is listed under "Preferred Qualifications" despite interviewers knowing this is a must for them.
