Series of interviews that began with an information session, followed by a basic "get to know you" interview where you learn more about the position, followed by a final interview
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Clayton, MO) in Mar 2011
Interview
Lengthy interview process. I had three interviews and I still wasn't offered the position until I called/e-mailed them several times. After working for the company as an intern, I am convinced they do this to everyone they interview and they hire almost everyone they interview.

Question 1
Name a time in your life when you had to deal with a disgruntled customer?
Straight forward and easy. Consisted of a call and a zoom interview. First with a recruiter and then with a full time rep that was part of the internship. Fairly easy and straight forward.
Sales focused interview. Need to provide a list of 200 people and their contact info to pass the interview, and once you're hired you'll have to contact all those people.
