Fairly straightforward. First call with HR/Screening rep to get basic information. Second call with Senior Financial Planner who went over detailed information regarding internship and responsibilities. I would not recommend this opportunity because it is 100% insurance sales through your own friends and family.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
