I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Newport Beach, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
There were two face to face interviews that I had to go through where they asked basic interview questions about why I want the job and what I expect out of the internship. They also wanted to know my strengths and weaknesses.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
