I applied online. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual
Interview
Employer held a fit-based phone screen, lasted about 15 minutes, no technicals, very straightforward. Realized the job wasn't for me after hearing more about it. Very enthusiastic interviewer though and it sounded like a positive work environment.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
