I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Three interviews: two behavioral, one presentation. For the second interview they gave material that needed to be reviewed and completed which was addressed and a large subject for the second interview. The third interview was a short presentation about why you would be a good fit there and reviewing more material that was given at the conclusion of the second interview.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
