I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2017
Interview
I was referred to this internship by an event at my college. The first interview is more of a conversation and just a chance for them to get to know you. There are at least three interviews total. The second is in depth and more about who you are and your what your network is.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?

They asked me super basic questions: Why would we benefit from adding you?
