Easy, 2 interviews. All behavioral questions. Mostly about your personality and natural market. You have emphasize being social, outgoing, and having a large natural market. The internship has to do alot with who you know.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
