I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Durham, NC) in Oct 2017
Interview
3 rounds in person interview. Very informal, get to know you interviews. "Activity" between 2nd and 3rd round. Create a list of 100 potential contacts, call 9 people and ask them the questionnaire about their finances.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
