I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who was given my phone number by a friend who had also interviewed for the position. The interview was pretty standard, but I left unclear on a lot of the things we discussed. I decided to decline the second interview.

It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
