I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Jan 2018
Interview
It was very basic, asked about what I wanted to get out of the job. They then showed me around the office and introduced me to the other interns. They did not go into great detail about what the interns job actually entails
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked how many people I know and if I could build a book of business
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
