I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Long Island City, NY) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process seemed as though they were trying to sell me on their company before letting me know the position was entirely commissioned based. The interviewee however was informative and overall a very nice person. I had to decline their offer.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
