Phone interview. Laid back and casual. He asked about my life, family, vision for the upcoming year, my ideal situation. Scheduled in person interview to follow at office in Seattle.

It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
