The recruiter found me on LinkedIn and then we set up an interview. The interview process was very laid back. She explained the job and asked some simple behavioral questions.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
