The interview went much as expected, they sit you down in a little room, you answer typical questions and they talk up the position a lot. As far as I know it followed rather normal flows, the interviewer was very nice and as usual a current employee of the company. Maybe the only odd things was that the guy I was being interviewed by actually help the position I was applying for.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual in Oct 2025
Interview
The process was very easy to navigate, but the interview was weird. I was asked way too many questions about what my parents, siblings, and friends do for work. I was also asked to give the full names of 3 people to refer to the company, which was very invasive, and I had to politely decline. Overall, it gave me a weird vibe, and I withdrew my application right after.
