4 interviews. The 4th is only to discuss compensation and benefits.
Each interview rose up the chain. I started with the local recruiter, then the local manager, then regional manager. The final interview is with someone in the local office.
For the most part, it was a standard interview, where I was asked questions, gave responses, and so on. However, they also required me to provide a list of family/friends who would be interested in receiving their services, and I would never dare violate their privacy in such a way.

Very simple interview process, they didn't look at my resume so it pretty standard. Asked mostly generic questions. They want you. Just had to describe and talk about my past experiences.
