The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Denver, CO) in Aug 2021
Interview
4 Interviews all very conversational and testing out how personable you are. First is a screening about 20 minutes. 2nd you meet one of the managing directors who will most likely be your boss. The 3rd interview, they go over your assesment scores. The last interview they tell you if you got the job. All in all if you're a good fit the interviews will go well. Its just talking, theres no scary questions. They just want to get to know you. Also, they are going to make you do 15 market surveys before that last interview, this is the toughest part of the process nut it just proves that you are willing to put some work in for the job and it prepares you for the position.

Interview
The interview process is smooth, they get back to you relatively quickly. I completed the first 3 rounds within a week but they did reschedule my 4th interview after confirming. Nothing bad to say yet honestly.
I went through three rounds. You have an initial screening, a one hour interview with an advisor, then meet with a partner in-person if possible. Very detailed, and they bring up cultural test results and financial projections.
