I was contacted by the local recruiter from the office I was looking to join. She advised She was looking to hire her replacement for the office. I did a phone interview with her, and she asked basic questions about my experience, interests, and qualifications. She then advised she would pass my info over to a manager, and they didn’t schedule an interview for me until 2 weeks later. It was also a zoom interview that last about maybe 20 minutes. The individual I interviewed with was a financial advisor at the company, and he asked several of the same questions more than once, and was very distracted. He got up from his desk several times to greet clients knocking on his door, and change the temperature in his office. Most unprofessional interview I have ever experienced. Do not waster your time with this place.
