Many Rounds to meet employees and learn about the company. Very laid back interviews. First meeting was just introductions and learning about the company then talked with multiple employees. It helps to relate to them in anyway you find beneficial.

Why are you interested in this position and what do you want to get out of the experiance?
Very kind people, genuinely want you to be there. Both first and second round interviews were really pleasant and gave descriptions about what job would look like. They did cancel my interview twice, once for a golf tournament, but good interviewing experience.
The interview process is really laidback. Someone will contact you to get the interview process started. It is only behavioral questions and then the interviewer will describe the position in further detail.
