I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Baton Rouge, LA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Two interviews with two different employees. The second interview was dependent on the success of the first. First was a feeler interview testing my person ability, second was more in depth and job related.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
