There are a couple informational interviews to gauge interest, passion, and the character of the candidate. For me these were done first over the phone and second over zoom. They will have you research a little bit of the company before the second interview, but nothing too technical or stressful. The third and final interview is a powerpoint presentation describing why Northwestern Mutual, why now, and why you. For me this was done in person at the local office by the managing director, It was a little nerve racking but in no means was a difficult process. It was very personable and conversational. They will take anyone who seems interested in the position and in working hard for them.
