I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2021
Interview
Asked questions about my family and what they did for a living. Asked about my military experience and how I was enjoying college. She told me about the job which was sales and finding customers and that they would help a the start but your pretty much on your own.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
