You go through a process of speaking to multiple of current employees on different days. They ask you all the common interview question. But its generally easy internship to land. Jus the sure to look at the companies mission statement and what expect videos.

It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
