I applied online. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Fort Wayne, IN) in Mar 2022
Interview
Two interviews. The first interview was good. It was smooth along with some basic questions. In the second interview, they asked to collect 100 clients' contacts in one week and then the other 100 clients' contacts in the second week.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
