I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Iowa City, IA) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. The interviewers were very nice and asked questions based on your personality. It was a smooth process and took place over the course of three. different interviews.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
