I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2021
Interview
Extremely friendly 3 step interview process. Interviewed with friendly people who work hard. Didn’t take up too much time during the interview, and give you tour of office after last interview
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?

They asked me super basic questions: Why would we benefit from adding you?
