I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Huntington, WV) in Sep 2021
Interview
I was connected to Northwestern via a recruiter who has been super easy to communicate with. Thus far, I've met with the recruiter and various senior advisors in the firm. They were all eager to answer any questions I had to explain opportunities and the financial advising career as a whole. Positive experience.

Question 1
What sets you apart from others seeking to build a career at Northwestern?
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
