Open-ended conversation with HR manager. Asked about goals and what the ideal future looks like. Some baseline questions such as strengths and weaknesses. Discussed the ability to network and interpersonal skills.

It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
