It felt like a big pyramid scheme. They were very interested in using your family and close friends to prop up your career. If you are okay with selling your close connections, then by all means you will fit in here.

It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
